An Australian client required a trolley for warehousing and logistics transport, demanding lightweight design, corrosion resistance, strong load-bearing capacity, and easy maintenance. The trolley needed to be easy to assemble and disassemble to reduce shipping volume and maintenance costs.

2.Design & Manufacturing Process

Based on the client’s requirements, we designed the main frame of the trolley using high-strength aluminum alloy profiles. The image shows the unassembled structural components, including protective mesh, side frames, and the load-bearing platform. All parts were processed with precision cutting and high-standard connection techniques to ensure structural stability.
